Terms and Conditions of Booking at Sirius Villa Skalia
1. Booking and Confirmation:
- Reservations can be made online through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
- A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
2. Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made [30] days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made up to [15] days of the arrival date will be charged with 30% of the total cost of the total stay.
- Cancelletions Less than [15] days or non show will be charged with the total cost of the stay.
4. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is [15:00 – 18:00 p.m] and check-out time is [08:00 – 11:00 a.m].
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. House Rules:
- Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules outlined in the villa’s guidebook.
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.
6. Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy for Sirius Villa Skalia is 8 guests.
7. Amenities:
- Sirius Villa Skalia provides a list of amenities, and any additional requests must be communicated in advance.
8. Liability:
- The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
9. Force Majeure:
- The management is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Privacy Policy:
- Guest information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
